Moleskin:

Not sure how many times I’ve had the privilege to lead…  probably somewhere between 50 and 75. Each time I do it, I enjoy it more than the last. My philosophy here is to keep it simple, keep a steady count and keep moving.  I hope each time I lead the workout the newer guys see how simple it is to lead, the vets remember the basics and everybody is spent at the end.  Thanks for the inspiration!
