After the COP & COT open activities began in 2 areas, the waterfront & the Alpine Tower

Waterfront activities

  • Launch off the Blob – The Lifeguard would not allow YHC, to launch his 2.0, but Beauregard had already declined the invitation from YHC.
  • Climb the Wibit – Beauregard proved to be a mountain man reaching the summit on several occasions
  • Jump on the Trampoline
  • Swim in the Lake
  • Canoe
  • Fish – Beauregard proved to be quite the cane pole angler.
  • Swim in the pool

Alpine Tower activities

  • Climb the alpine tower
  • Giant Swing – Beauregard was a skeptic but fear would not limit his attitude.
  • Archery
  • BB Guns
  • Pipeline Slide – This would become Beauregard’s favorite activity of the weekend

Saturday Evening was completed with a BBQ dinner, great talk by a Bham PAX whose name escapes me about being a HIM/Dad, and Dad vs. 2.0 Kickball Game. Beauregard kicked an inside the park home run and pitched a no-hitter to YHC. S’mores outside of our cabin would end the night and both YHC & Beauregard were checking our eyelids for holes by 2105.

YHC highly encourages any PAX to participate in an F3 Dad’s camp whether in Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, etc.

Moleskin

  • There was a lot of flag envy for the Muscleship flag. T-Claps Tool!
  • F3 Bham sells a patch that is half the Alabama state flag & half the F3 logo. The patch can be velcroed to a hat, sewn on a backpack, shirt, etc. Looked very cool with all the Pax sporting it. YHC is not very artistically talented but believes we should move in this direction. https://f3.mudgear.com/pages/f3-patches
