Seems like today was a choose your own adventure. Some started running, and ended up pickle balling with some Knees Over Toes in the Middle. Either way, we all came out, put up, and worked out for 45 minutes, except for the KNoT guys, they were 2 minutes late to CoT
In the CoT we gave thanks for everyone today and prayed for healing for those who need it.
