Many of the pax took not one, but two whuppings from Shooter this week. You’d think destroying the men on Monday would’ve been enough for the big man, but no, he had to throw down the gauntlet again at The Gipper yesterday, with a murder bunny / bear crawl-palooza that had poor FNG Franz rethinking that 30 minute drive from Talisheek.
YHC figured why not keep a little of the pain train rolling this morning and so we hit 40 merkins right out of the gate. According to Dr. Hammer, none of us are dying of a heart attack today, gentlemen.
Switched over to the usual warm up and Cowbell, being on Cowbell time, made his up merkins on the backend.
Even split of runners/ruckers today – runners took the lakefront to Lafitte, ruckers 20 minutes out and back.
Another 20 merkins and COT, where Akbar prayed us out with intentions for the Texas flood victims. Congrats to Cowbell on his new home in Covington, and congrats to the A1C, which should see a nice drop in its average age once Cowbell starts posting.
