YHC arrived at 0600 to an empty court, could it be the bring gloves pre text drove the PAX away? A couple of guys drove up to use the restroom and left, probably wondering what one dude was doing just standing in center court. So I grabbed a block and headed South.
Hogsbreath showed up on Cowbell time and we got to work.
Conditions: Hot and muggy
After a regular warm up, we jogged down a block and back, picked up some cinder blocks and got to work for a keep it simple stupid workout.
Thang:
1 Block row on one side of the court, carry block to the other side for 1 Goblet Squat and 1 Merkin. Rinse and repeat adding 1 rep each round. We continued up to 15 reps, taking an occasional run down to the stop sign and back.
