Dirty McDeuce-ish – from Boo-Boo

With no Q on the books and no takers answering the call last evening for a Q, YHC stepped in to cover.

Mosey to the warmup pad for a 10 minute warmup consisting of Grass grabbers, Arm Circles, Space Cowboy stretches, Abe Vigodas, Peter Parker/Parker Peter, Imperial Walkers, SSH, weighted Floyd Mayweathers.

Mosey to JPAS for a Dirty McDeuce-ish (we did more than four rounds but less than 12). With no preparation YHC chose 12 reps of an arm, ab, leg exercise chosen seconds before execution (including standards and JYD merkins), followed by a lap up the stairs and down the ramp.

Mosey back to the flag using high knee slaps, Scantrons, and lunges.

Cool down stretch followed by a COT.
