It was cool until we moved – from Akbar

Fallish weather this morning as we circled up to a cool 70 degrees in the gloom. We got started with a proper warm up of SSH, imperial walkers, hillbillies, arm circles, self love, toe touches, and shoulder exercises.

We moseyed to the Lakefront stopping at each intersection of varying reps and cadence of Stone Mountains, Superman’s, and Squats.

Headed to the wall for 3 sets of Dirkins, Bulgarian Split Squats, and Freak Nasties IC, starting at 10 and working down to 6.

7’s of Peter Parkers and Rocky Balboa’s at Rips with a stair run and 10 calf raises at the top in between.

Moseyed back to the flag stopping at intersections for LBC, Crunchy Frogs, and Flutter Kicks x10 IC.

Count, Name, and Hammer prayed us out lifting up Grover and continued prayers for SOGO.
