Standard F3 stuff today as far as the workout was concerned – enough to get a good sweat going, but not so much that it’s a conversation-killer (which is a delicate balance, ya know).
And a good conversation, too: about the clarity we try to achieve (and hold on to) regarding what’s really important, where true self-worth comes from, and how not to be mired in all the trivial crap we sometimes hold on to.
In between these deep discussions, we moseyed to the tunnel, stopping at each intersection for: 20x squats, merkins, groiners, jump squats (descending by 5x at each subsequent intersection).
We hit the base of the tunnel and partnered up for a backwards run up the ramp (P1), and the following exercises for P2, swapping after each set:

Sister Marys
Big Boys
Merkins
Bobby Hurleys
Box Cutters
Moseyed back the same way we arrived (stopping for the squats, merkins, groiners, and jump squats), and found ourselves back where we started just in time for COT.
