Well, YHC awoke to big rain drops falling and thought. “I will post and no one will show and then I can just go to the climate controlled CRUNCH up the road.” There was one problem though. Wr gathered in the rain for a warmup of 20 and 10IC SSH, Torso twists, Cherry pickers, butt kicks, Windmills, high knees and toe touches..
Hammer ran solo, while Jose10k, JV and YHC rucked. Rain continued for about half the journey.
We returned and finished up with COT.
