YHC set the alarm, got up early, and wasted precious minutes doomscrolling (learned the term from the teens) about LSU’s loss. Arrival was projected for a perfect 6:27am. Then fate (in the form of a train) derailed things. Had a plan, just pull a Heisenberg trick and go the wrong way down a one-way to save a minute, right? It only saved a minute.
Quick text to Fracsac and Vagabond to start WOR. Fracsac responded immediately… a mere 65 minutes later. Vagabond needed a bicycle break.
YHC arrived two minutes late to find Fracsac heroically leading the second predictable warm-up exercise. You know what it was. Gratitude given. Great minds think alike… yes, YHC is grouping himself with Fracsac in that statement.
WOR continued at the steps of NOMA
Each step = exercise (LSS, SL, SSH, etc.) then 10x IC Rocky Balboas. Footing optional. Several missteps. Pun intended.

• 1 dip / 4 squats, 2/8… up to 5/20.
• Reverse: 1 squat / 4 dips, 2/8… up to 5/20.
To the Grass for Tree Shuttle
At each oak tree: 3× tree number of Makhtar N’Diaye + Plank Jack. Back to start for burpees.
• Tree 1 = 3 MN+PJ + 1 burpee
• Tree 2 = 6 MN+PJ + 2 burpees
… up to Tree 5 = 15 MN+PJ + 5 burpees
