Sorry You Missed It – from Boo-Boo

YHC put a post last night for HCs and a Q, but no takers. As 0530 struck, YHC relocated to the warmup pad for a warmup consisting of Abe Vigodas, Parker Peter/Peter Parker, Thai Fighters, and grass grabbers.

3 rounds at each station on the equipment at the pad.

Mosey to the outdoor gym with a burpee at each light pole. At the outdoor gym, one round at each station and a second round of pull ups.

A burpee at each light pole back to the flag.

Solo COT, out!
