No one signed up on the Q sheet this morning, so YHC stepped up to Q. But really, it’s just leading a brief warm-up: imperial walkers, torso twists, windmills, hey Jack, hey Jill’s and of course, Cowbells. That’s it. After that, the runners took off, and the ruckers moseyed out. The conversations were life altering as usual, solving the worlds problems, one step at a time.
