12 x 200 – from Rudy

Cool morning, perfect for some sprinting. Gates were locked, so the warm up involved a bit more moseying around the park to find our way into the track. From there, on to the Thang.

NMM: The 200 seems a bit more than twice as hard as a 100. That second 100 really took a lot out of me. My times were steady between 44 and 49 seconds. Keep in mind, world record is like 22 seconds or something. Egads.
