Mosey to the field for some frisbee and football work. 4 pax on the frisbee and 4 on the football. Pass to distance set by cones. A drop is 3 burpees for all. Once the pax mastered, routes were thrown in.
Flap jack to frisbee and football with more burpees than YHC could count.
End with Sunday Mornings. But wait! One minute left, so 8 count body builders IC!
