YHC looked at the Q sheet and saw an open space. With MABA ongoing and in need of some burpees YHC filled that blank space.
Ballast, Wapner, and Heisenberg joined for the last warm morning anticipated this week.
Warm up with the basics, facing the bacon of course.

10 rounds of Burpee Tabata, 5 burpees minimum per round.
Frisbee run around NOMA with 3 burpees per drop.
Played a little game of war with a deck of cards. Pax take turns flipping cards, winning card means that’s how many burpees. Once we hit 100 total burpees the winner could choose a different exercise. We did more burpees, 8 count body builders and some merkins.
