YHC figured it was time to do another block party over at Granny’s and lo and behold, I happen to look at the southshore slack and first thing that pops up is a snapshot of Vagabond’s coupon beatdown from Monday. The F3 gods have spoken.
Of course, it’s a Tuesday. And, it’s just Russo and I. So yeah, we made it a sort of Northshore-lite version of Vagabond’s workout (and added a lap around the trailhead between sets for some RCR mileage):
30 Kettlebell Swings (this was supposed to be blockees!)
60 Lunges w/ coupon
90 Thrusters
120 Curls (supposed to be rows)
150 Chest Presses
180 Squats w/ coupon
Sure, we took some liberties, but in the end, we got in a decent beatdown on a cold morning with some good fellowship – between grunts we discussed El Mencho, passing on antisocial tendencies to your children, and the walking distance of miniature dachshunds.
Not much more you could want on a Tuesday.
