With the two stalwarts off on vacation this week, YHC knew there’d be no one out there today. So instead, we’ll catch up on backblast duties that were skirted earlier (consider it a happy anniversary to Jose and Katie, a few extra pax miner credits to close out the month).

Aside from the workout notes taken below, the only other thing I remember was Jose rolling in hot off his pre-thang, imitating Bushwacker’s Blood Moon tirade from the week before. An expletive-laden imitation that was spot on, from one grumble-grumble to his heir apparent.
