Well, with the Q sheet blank yet again. Sight Q filled in the blank and filled the space. It’s really not much to plan a Scramble. After all it’s literally a 5 min warmup then 20 out and back. Today though I decided to bring back an old route that left the PAX 10 mins for some extra.
Warmup
Torso twist, Abe Vogadas, Scorpion kicks, Parker Peters and Peter Parker’s.
Grab a tree for leg swings F/B and L/R
Thang
Down E Causeway to Monroe, turn into Golden shores, loop back around to Monroe up Messina for the return to City Hall.
Incorporated two rounds of sprints for each PAX with a back pedal return. PAX completed multiple core work including ETKs, Mountain climbers, WW1 sit-ups, Hello dollies, Rosalitas, Jane Fondas, Wife pleasers and fludder kicks.
