Winning with Weights!! – from Shooter

Well, with a return to that fall feeling, YHC knew he could bring some weight to the party. Overhearing Steve and Russo commit at Coffee on Saturday, I at least had two joining in on the fun. Then again maybe I should count the dancing couple by the stage as well, or perhaps the crowing rooster who made his presence known the entire beatdown. Never the less the count remained as three, so the only weights needed were a 30lb Ruck plate and a 60lb Ruck vest.. PAX completed a brief warmup of Cherry pickers, Self-love, Arm circles, Smurf jacks and possibly grass grabbers (15IC and 10IC). Run around the block.
The work consisted of 4 movements. Curls (Plate), Rows (Vest), shoulder press (plate) and squats (Vest). All stated above each man responsible for 100 reps of each. Man without coupon was the pace setter. Mosey to stairs and up, perform 1 burpee at the top and return. Completed a loop around the block after Curls/Rows and another after Press/Squats.
Finished with a full 6 mins of Mary.
