Thang: Four corners
Corner 1: Pull ups, Squat, Freak Nasty x 10 OYO
Corners 2-4: Merkin, Bobby Hurley, Superman, Stone Mountain, Peter Parker. At each corner, start with 5 reps and add 5 each corner.
3 rounds, bonus round at COT then Mary of Hello Dolly, Rosalita, E2K, Mountain Climbers, Penguins, plank until time.
