It takes 2 to get a sweat all right! – from Shooter

With the muggiest conditions in recent memory, 4 PAX took the 2 min drill to the next level.
Warmup was short 15IC Toe Touches, Arm circles, Torso twists and Windmills. Moseyed down past the school and back. Coupons were present, along with a 2 min timer. First round included squats (60 lbs vest), rows (slate from the garden 20 ish lbs), curls (30 lbs ruck plate) and used half the block for back pedals and mosey back. Each PAX had 2 mins per station.
Once completed moseyed to the school and back. Round 2 chest press, shoulder press and elevated arms with lunge walk and Carioca down and back.R/R mosey then to center court for 6 mins of Mary. ETKs, Penguins, WW1 sit-ups, Nolan Ryanโ€™s and wife pleasers.
