Rolled into the lot at 5:20, saw no one had taken the Q. I grabbed it, waited, welp…my time to shine. I never tell my M about the solo posts, as with F3 I know you’re not really ever alone in doing this. There’s always a group of guys out there somewhere, same time as you, pushing themselves, challenging each other to be better.
Warmup:
SSH, AV, Grass Grabbers, worlds greatest stretch, arm circles, OH claps
Mosey to Foundry for:
HALF a MURPH
That’s 50 pull ups, 100 merkins, 150 squats.
We often do a quarter Murph as part of our regular beatdowns, with Memorial Day upon us, I knew I should push myself. I broke it up by sets of 5 pull ups, 10 Merkins, 15 squats, switching between reverse and regular grip pull ups.
It was hard.
Form failed a bit towards the end, and I had to slow it down.
But I did it.
Then for the mile.
Mosey up Wisner Mountain. A burpee at every light that was on, 5 burpees at the top of Wisner Mountain. Same thing on the way down.
Was like 1.4miles total.
Mosey back to flag for. Count off, name-o-rama- which were surprisingly quick.

Thankful I have this, thankful I can do this. I’ve told people this before, but it’s worth repeating. I had a great life before F3. It’s even better now.
