Sunday night YHC checks Q sheet to see who was going to delivery a RC beatdown after Father’s Day, 6pm no commits so “beatdown will be delivered”

With Atomic Habits slowly forming in my head YHC is actually arriving 10 minutes early to ensure no last second hiccups. Get to the cage with Bogy and Rudy already glooming around with some version of stretching (aging is a tough process), next comes Hawg sauntering as the 5:30 buzzer goes off. Disclaimer given, music cranked up as we moseyed toward the rock pile.

Warm up – various exercises that have no bearing on this BB.

Than everyone instructed to get a rock that their buddy would be able to lift (no “Triple Shifting”! After that get in a line, last pax was to run to the front throw his rock then remaining pax pass rocks yet YCH was having a brainfart as that would leave the last pax rockless so with the encouragement from the pax YCH quickly thought on his feet adjusting to 1st Pax throws rock for the last pax to pick up after passing his rock….trust me it worked out. In between passing rocks various exercises starting at 2 reps, 4 reps up to 10 reps then some were all 10 reps:
Man Maker
Over head press
TriCep Press
Curls

Then rifle carry back to warm up space circle up for “all day baby”, one pax stands in the center holding rock overhead other pax perform exercises in various rep counts – all had a turn.

Then return rocks as there was much imbalance of size and girth that complaining got to much!

On towards the track via playground, YHC hears bickering “I bet we’re headed to do pull – ups”, yeah YHC knows areas we can improve in, pulls “un assisted” uh a lot more training here is needed!!!

Head to the track Indian run to get a little cardio in but pax seemed a little bored so YCH detoured to the stadium stairs which add only a little chatter then back to the start. 3 minutes for some practice makes “better” WWII sit-ups got to say Handgranada looks to take the wind out of your sails…close to Triple on his self-proclaimed form police role!

Various lies and accolades were exchanged – YHC was told good job not that it mattered to him but in the next breath Hawg pointed out that his recent excursions to Biloxi was where a real challenging beatdown could be found! Dang technology critiquing beatdowns – before you knowing Rudy and Scantron will be building an AI app around this that everyone can make $ from mining from their attics?! 😂
