The dog days of summer are upon us and the heat and humidity showed up along with 9 pax at pontiff.

Disclaimer given, then 3 split off for the Wally Sprint and 6 headed off with ruck sacks donned. This was the point where, allegedly, a disclaimer was given for the ruckers.

4+ miles on the track with 100 up to 400 meter ladder and back down with a 100 recovery between each. Finished with alternating 100 and 200 sprints with a 100 recovery between each.
