Three HIMs rolled into the Gipper this morning ready to get after it. We kicked things off with a solid 10-minute warm-up to wake up the joints, loosen the old muscles, and convince our bodies it was actually a good idea to be out there before sunrise. From there we moseyed over to the rock garden for a round-robin of rock work that kept everyone moving and reminded us that those rocks never seem to get any lighter. We wrapped things up with five minutes of Mary before gathering for COT, where we closed with the Lord’s Prayer. Announcements included the upcoming Turkey Trot and Ragnar Race. Jose 10K out.
