Out of this morning’s thick fog, a Pax of Three converged in Covington, gathering around the world’s largest statue of The Gipper.

Warmup: the pax took turns leading with their favorite warming exercise, which included;
windmills, toe touch, arm circles, hi jack hi jills, snap crackle pops, al gore george thorogoods, side staddle hops, book covers, good mornings, high knees, vertical penguins,
self love.

Thang: mosey down to the rock garden for boulder tossing and bench work.
