Mini murph at the marsh – from Jose10k

Four men circled up on the basketball court on a surprisingly cool September morning. The plan? Mockery as flattery—so we stole Hammer’s Modified Murph and made it our own. Each round was 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 core reps, and then a lap. We kept rinsing and repeating until round 12 was in the books.

At COT, Hammer prayed us out—lifting up our wives, our families, and the struggles we all share. Tomorrow brings Captain Sparkles’ 9/11 stair workout, so pack the ruck.
