5 HIM’s broke the silence in the gloom this morning. Taking a break from Merkins, we moseyed around stopping at intersections for some OYO exercises.
After the regular warm up, we moseyed stopping about every 2 blocks from Livingston to the Lakefront, back up Girard back to the gloom, about 2 miles.
1st Half:
Shoulder Taps, Squats, Superman, LBC x 5,10,15,20
2nd Half:
Stone Mountain, Sister Mary Catherine, Scuba Steve, Abs of Choice
