Sinking Cinco Stations – from Bolt

YHC has been in the express lane to Sad Clown Town ever since May’s foot injury and the allure of the fartsack married to new stressors (funny how we reject the thing that will bring us relief—the gloom). Boo-Boo extended accountability by calling me out to Q Ride and Shrine and I chose to receive it.

The challenge was how to deliver a pax-worthy BD when my capacity had been so diminished? AMRAP full body stations it must be: the ultimate you vs you: one pax, one exercise for time followed by a brief respite before advancing to another body part movement.

The pax seemed to be sinking in reps at all
Five stations with each round…YHC sure was and there was no mumblechatter so presumably my diminished capacity solution didn’t cheat the pax from a decent BD.
