It was just your typical 70 degree morning in January (!!!!!) so, it was time for some yard work. This morning, I was joined by PVC, Junk Yard Dog, Pool Boy, Boo Boo and Kenna Brah. Gave the disclaimer and moseyed to JPAX for warmups.

Headed to the Shrine parking Lot (the front Yard)
Started at one end of lot near JPAX and headed towards other end by the Shrine
Lunges x10
After lunge rep 10, either perform 2 burpees or 10 squats
Repeat until you reach end of lot. Estimated cycles (10 lunges and 2 burpees/10 squats) was 25
At the Shrine
7’s – Donkey Kicks and Squats
Moseyed to other parking lot (the back Yard) between Shrine and Flag
Started at one end of lot near Shrine and headed towards other end by the Flag
KOT x10
After KOT rep 10, perform 5 squats
Repeat until you reach end of lot. Estimated cycles (10 KOT and 5 squats) was 15
