Lack of communication, lack of attendance. ChatGPT is always there to help – from Jose10k

This morning at The Marsh, it was less F3 Nation and more “F3 Party of One.”

I rolled in from Covington looking for the Mandeville HIMs… headlights scanning… parking lot empty… not a soul in sight. Just YHC standing there like a red Solo cup at the end of a tailgate — proud, plastic, and alone.

Apparently we were playing Uno, and somebody hit me with a “Reverse” and a “Skip” at the same time. Because it was just me. No draw four. No wild card. Just one card left in my hand and nobody to yell “UNO!” at.

🎶 “One is the loneliest number…” 🎶
And today, that number was YHC.

But here’s the thing about F3 — even when it’s solo, we don’t fold.

The Workout (Solo Cup Edition)

Warm-Up (Because even one man needs to loosen up)
• SSH x 25
• Imperial Walkers x 20
• Hillbillies x 20
• Arm Circles & Michael Phelps

The “UNO” Circuit – 4 Rounds (Because apparently I drew a Draw 4)
• 10 Merkins
• 20 Squats
• 30 LBCs
• 40 Mountain Climbers

Ran a lap after each round around The Marsh, reflecting on life choices and attendance policies.

Red Solo Cup Finisher
• 100 cumulative Merkins (because plastic bends but doesn’t break)
• 1-minute plank (just me, myself, and I)

No mumblechatter.
No complaining.
No one trying to modify.
Just YHC and the sound of my own breathing echoing across Mandeville.

COT (Circle of Trust… of One)

Sometimes leadership looks like a crowd.
Sometimes it looks like showing up when nobody else does.

Today wasn’t about numbers.
It was about discipline.
It was about commitment.
It was about being the man who posts — even if he’s the only one holding the red Solo cup.

Mandeville — we missed you.
Covington — we showed up.

Next week, let’s make sure “Uno” is just a card game… not the PAX count.

AO strong. Even if it’s strong alone.
