Bend Over and I’ll Show You a Blood Moon! – from Bushwacker

Blood Moon, TOTAL Lunar Eclipse…FOG!!! Spectacular show of nature’s beauty was on display between 5-6am central time zone, just not for us. And I guess that’s why the call it the gloooom!

WARMORAMA

Not sure what was happening. QIC was still groggy and a little depressed, when suddenly Jose decided to take the reigns and start his own warm-up. Oh I don’t think so…10 Burpees OYO! But, alas, Jose modifies to the beat of his own drum. But the warm up was indeed dragged out by yours truly with no great effort. In the end (of the beginning), the PAX had no trouble getting warm

THANG

Despite the obvious denial we were due by the idiotically typical weather for the near-end of freakin winter around these parts, off towards the lakefront we mosied, stopping at each corner for 10 Burpees OYO. Jose peeled off after 2 or 3 blocks to earn more coffee gift cards from his students. Dodging multiple vehicles at literally every intersection at 5:20am, we safely made it to our destination where we did x10 IC Irkins on the seawall to pay homage to the power of the Blood moon. We then turned our backs on the fog and clouds to moon the sky with x10 IC Dirkins. A couple more exercises before the return trip had us doing 12 lunges OYO (1/1) at the corners. We finished with some quick stair-play ans slalom the columns.

MARY

Some Freddys, Hammers and 100s before closing with a 2 minute plank

COT

Count/name YHC took us out with words of gratitude for the post, and intentions of posistively impacting the lives of others today.

Other than being afraid of committing oneself to posting, I can’t see why leading the beatdown and covering your down “painment” isn’t happening by more PAX. We literally have no one signed up to Q. Monday has 3 heroes, Tuesday 2, Wednesday 2 as well, Thursday has 2, Friday has three, aside from a few dates on the calendar each year (thanks Zoo), Saturday is often a last minute pick up, and nobody bothers with sunday. Thank god we have Jose!

But seriously gents, if you haven’t lead your brothers in a trial-by-sweat lately, consider signing up.

Thank you to all 3 or 4 of you who will actually read this;)
