Simple block beatdown today while we pondered life’s meaning (and the meaning of the music video for Toto’s Africa), comprised of three 10-minute AMRAP’s:

10 mins:
20 coupon thrusters
20 bent oer rows
20 chest presses
Broad Jump 5 columns and back

10 mins:
10 blockees
20 curls
20 vertical bench presses
Bear Crawl 5 columns and back

10 mins:
10 alternating block merkins
20 flutters holding block
20 kettle bell swings
Rifle carry block 5 columns and back

Interspersed some calf raises to give us a needed break between rounds. COT where Russo closed us out. Thank you gents for the post and the good chatter, appreciate you all.
