Thanks to Jose 10k for picking up my slack and starting on time with a warmup. Distractions had me 5 minutes late but to F3 tradition credit start was on time. The pax were treated to a 7 exercise 1 min work to 30 sec rest cycle rinse and repeat 3 times. Frogs/Squats/Crunches/SSH/Merkins/Toe touches/ 1 minute wind sprint with 1 1/2 min round reset. Capped off with 2 rounds of Round robin stretches. A perfect day for sweating. Mission accomplished. COT and a wrap on time. Next…
