Upper, Lower and Core! – from BBQ

A mighty 5 started on a beautiful but muggy day. We did an assortment of warm ups. Not as many as Einstein would do but still a good start. We mosyed to the court house for an 11. Burpees on one end and jump squats on the other end. A forward mosey and backwards mosey between the ends on the sidewalk and top of stairs. After working the upper and lower body we worked the core on the benches. Freddy Mercs, flutter kicks, gas pumps, wife pleasers, inverted mountain climbers and a new one with a combo of gas pump and butterfly split. We moseyed back to The Gipper and added forward lunges over the last 20 yards. COT, announcements, prayers and Einstein prayed us out! A good sweat was had by all!
