Hot and humid conditions greeted the PAX for my last official full Tuesday Beatdown, so naturally, we headed straight for the tunnel. After a proper warm-up and a stop-sign mosey—dropping for merkins and squats at every intersection—we arrived at the main event. We walked the straightaway, dropped the hammer for a 100% full sprint, and then pushed a 75% effort up the incline, followed by Copperhead squats. We rinsed and repeated that sequence four times before mixing it up with walks, side-straddle hops, and backpedals, topping things off with vertical penguins at the peak for another round. On the mosey back to the AO, we busted Bushwacker’s secret running group meeting near the splash pad, officially dubbed: “Bushwacker’s Busy Bees.”
