Pinewood+6 AARP Members – from Bolt
Apparently AARP is so misguided that they think 50 years olds can retire or they’ve expanded their demographic to include our latest RESPECT entrant, Boo-boo, who was one of 6 AARP targets to be joined by a lone participant from Camp Hate—Pinewood.
Warmorama including a KennaBrah-inspired combo: Good Morning MMP (8-count: GM straight into a MMP) along with the usuals plus Tie Fighters followed by mosey to rock pile for medium rocks. Frac got to call out “Kaopectate” thanks to the requisite warm up song.

7 Rounds of Suck – from Boo-Boo
YHC accepted the subtle challenge from @bolt to take the Q on the condition @bolt provide the music. YHC arrived to a cluster of anxious PAX blustery 78 degrees with 98% humidity, with 30 seconds to spare.
Slowsey to the warmup pad for the @bolt traditional Rapper’s Delight, when out of the gloom appears @fracsac with a competing speaker playing his favorite warmup song, “Let’s Get Physical.” He muted his song just in time for his favorite part of Rapper’s Delight, “Kaopectate!” What was more shocking is @fracsac had the option to skip Rapper’s Delight in exchange for 25 burpees but did not!
The warm-up consisted of typical warmup activities such as Arm Circles, Self Love, Abe Slowgotas, Grass Grabbers, Mountain Man Poopers with a Good Morning, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parkers, and 5 burpees.
Mosey to JPAS for a little HIIT. PAX completed 7 rounds of aggressively executing the following, with a one-minute break between rounds:

Loading Dock Rock! – from SOGO
6 PAX showed up for my first Q at Kennarieridge.
Promptly at 5:30 mosey to the front of art center for warmup. IC did 20 SSH, 10 windmills, 20 IW, 20 arm circles, 20 Peter Parker, 20 Parker Peter, 20 plank jacks, 20 merkins oyo, 20 LBCs.
Retrieved 4 coupons and mosey to base of loading dock. Partnered up for Dora 1 2 3. PAX 1 Bernie Sanders to the top of the loading dock did 3 burpees and ran back while PAX 2 started 100 curls, 200 squats, 300 flutter kicks (2 is 1) upon completion mosey to row of benches for a round of exercises. 6 benches 6 exercises last PAX runs frome the last bench to the first bench replaces PAX 1 who runs and replaces PAX 2 who runs and replaces PAX 3…and so on until all PAX do all 6 exercises of derkins, dips, irkins, left leg step ups, right leg step ups, rows w/ coupon. Mosey back to the flag. Finished with 5 burpees oyo then 5 burpees oyo.

Logo committed to return to the gloom after several weeks of YHC’s outreach and his come to Jesus the night before the final text. Four other pax HC to join us for a Kotter and the commitment was to craft a BD that’s easily modified.

The Thang: 10 burpee EMOM for 5 minutes (duh, it is STILL MABA). Then time for BLIMPS, adding 5 reps for each letter at each light pole. Mahatma was displeased with the pace of our return to starting pole and skipped a song: you know the cost.5 MOM along with a ring of fire type Al Gore for time until all pax tap out (nice job Space Cowboy for 1:32) one round of decadie of pain: one minute wall sit plus 15 Bobby Hurleys. COT.

YHC was up out and 10 minutes give or take early……12 pax lingered in the early cool air of this late Summer morning. A broad disclaimer was give and 5 headed out as Knot bandits and 7 stayed behind wondering if they made the right choice. YHC stated this would not be a workout that one may come to expect yet a much “slower pace”!

Thirteen PAX heeded the Game Day call at the Uptowner.After dispensing with the disclaimer, we moseyed to the field to begin warmups.

Lined up on the goal line, PAX performs each of the steps below ending each by running backwards back to the goal line.
