Round 1: 10 burpees
Round 2: 10 burpees, 25 merkins
Round 3: 10 burpees, 25 merkins, 50 lunges (1 is 1, 2 is 2, 3 is 3)
Round 4: 10 burpees, 25 merkins, 50 lunges, 50 BIG boys (cones added for Round 5)
Round 5: 10 burpees, 25 merkins, 50 lunges, 50 BIG boys, 150 squats
Completed way too quickly so had to think on the fly
Bleacher zig zags, wall sits, mosey, wall sits, 7 hold, 50 calf raises OYO, derkins 20 then 10, mosey, 5 pull-ups, mosey, Mayhem merkins, and some LBCs from Bogey
