A Complete Core online guided Tabata. 35 minutes broken down to sets of 5 exercises (American hammers, Sit-ups of every variety, Leg Lifts, Planks etc etc ) 30 seconds each with 5 sec to reset and start between. A 30 second break between each set of 5. Didn’t seem like much at first but between the self driven pace of reps and and the the relentless “3,2,1 Begin” commands from the app guide lady everyone seemed to get their moneys worth.
