Explore the Space – from Kilo

YHC received a text from The Architect last week letting him know that he was signed up to Q. So the brain started churning (not too fast mind you) about what to do. Since this is YHC’s last Q before marriage, I thought a buddy beatdown would be fitting. Took a wrong turn and almost got stopped by the train but we made it to the site just before 0530.

We all grabbed rocks some big some small and explored a different way to the parking lot

PAX 1: Plank with Rock on back
PAX 2: Run to rock, 25 squats
Switch and repeat for a total of 200 Squats
Same routine for a total of 100 curls and 100 tricep extensions

Mosey to the Hill
PAX 1: Wife pleasers and bench press
PAX 2: bear crawl up the hill jog down 10 merkins, bear crawl back up jog down and switch
Totals per pax 50 WP and 50 BP

Sadly we ran out of time to do the Miracle wall sit so we mosey’d back to the flag

Announcements: Iron Pax Challenge is starting this Wednesday for the next 5 Wednesdays in September.
Intentions: YHC’s upcoming wedding – 6 PM Saturday Sept. 6th at St Francis on State (sadly we are not having a reception but open invite to the Mass).
