YHC posted a little early to check out the possible beat down options. Humid and a little warm. Took a stroll on the new landscaped portion of the trace leading to the garage for possible site when I got back the PAX had arrive all at once. Since I collected all the bike inner tubes I have been looking for places to use them. Just so happens the ramp leading to the stage at the trailhead has two perfect high strength handrails. So problem solved. After a full body warmup that included welcoming an out of town F3 from Katy Texas by the handle of Tricikle the PAX lined up on the ramp with their selection of tube. For the next 30 minutes we went through a full body workouts worth of band stretching exercises lasting one minute each. With just enough time to switch to the next setup there was a lot of sweating going on.
Everyone tailored their minute to what they needed to get fit and no body counted cadence or reps. About half way a mosey from the trailhead to the end of the new trace upgrade gave everyone a chance to shake it out.
COT and YHC gave thanks for us all. Come out to the Gipper. You will get your moneys worth
