Week 2 of the Mr. Rodgers Challenge (MRC) kicked off, and YHC was curious who’d show up. Would it be another quiet morning with just me and Mayhem? Nope — the faithful crew rolled in, ready for another round of sweat equity in Mr. Rodgers’ Neighborhood.

The men were warmed, motivated, and slightly nervous about what was next.

Main Event: 4 Sets of 8-Minute AMRAPs

Rules: Perform as many reps as possible in 8 minutes. After every 25 reps, run 25 yards out and back (50 total). Rest exactly 2 minutes between sets — no cheating, no chatting.

Set 1: Thrusters with Coupon
Set 2: Curls with Coupon
Set 3: Kettlebell Swings with Coupon
Set 4: ManMakers with Coupon

Total grind time: 32 minutes. Heart rate high. Shoulders on fire. Yard lines blurred.

YHC logged 460 total reps — and barely broke a sweat thanks to the glorious weather.
