Kenner Brah started the cold December morning with a fart sack. Since Kenner Brah signed up to lead the Pax, it fell to YHC to take up leadership for first time since his shoulder injury at the Convergence. Minimal shoulder exercises today boys.

Thang:
Elevens – 10 hoppers (jump hops) in front of JPAC, run up the ramp, 1 incline merkin, down the steps and back to the front of JPAC, shift numbers by one each round until it is 1 hopper and 10 incline merkins
Running the ramp
10 big boys at the bottom, run half way up the ramp and then 10 flutter kicks, run to the top of the ramp, 10 American Hammers at the top, next outing is 9, then 8, down to 1.
