Headed to the rock pile – warm up with various exercises. Partner up grab a rock – headed the kiddie playground. Partner 1 carried 1 rock to the field over head set it up for partner 2 who stayed behind and did 5 reps of choice exercise. When 1 came back 2 went out did 2 squat press and threw the rock while 1 now did the rotating 5 reps of exercises. Continued to flip flop, YHC changed it to 2 x the the field effort to get the rocks down the field. Once complete the 2nd team retrieved the rocks.
Partner again 30 Burpees / 60 Merkins / 90
Squats while 1 pax worked the other bearcrawl we a short distance, flip flop.
Once completed return the rocks. Time for Mary – then head back.
