Fountain – Jack Webb
On the wall
Wall sit with 2 air presses, then inchworm to 1 merkin
Build to 20 air presses / 10 merkins

Quick lap around the fountain — not Smooth quick… just enough to feel it.
Then back to the wall
30 air presses, inchworm to 15 merkins

Thang 2
Back to the Lake (as Frac noted, “sounds like a concert”)
The cadence was steady and loud. DDOOOOOOWWNNN
Grab a bench or planter box
1 dip : 4 squats → up to 5/20
1 squat : 4 dips → up to 5/20

Thang 3
Light Poles – Suicides + BOMBS
Mosey to the first light post
Suicides across the next 4 lights. Always returning to the start.
10 reps each:
B = Inchworm Merkins (burpee substitute)
Overhead Claps
Merkins
BBSU
Squats

Pretty straightforward… though Architect briefly spelled it BOBMS. Close enough.

Fountain of Mary
3 groups of 3 PAX:
3 run halfway around, pick a core exercise
Relieve the next group
Rotate continuously
Got 4 rounds each — steady movement, no standing around

Finish
Circle up → plank hold
No way we leave without it – Mayhem Merkins
