Mayhem Merkin – officially in the Exicon

Description:
This is a 10-count exercise. Start in the plank position. Hip slap, shoulder tap, merkin. 1-2 right hip, 3-4 left hip, 5-6 left shoulder, 7-8 right shoulder, 9-10 merkin. Normally do 10-15 in cadence. Can also perform as part of 11s, route 66 or other.
