Thang 1 – 11’s on the Ramp
• Windshield Wipers (top)
• Curls (bottom)
• Side Steps between stations
Thang 2 – Slam Ball Grinder
• Round 1: Slam Ball Burpees (15 reps)
• Round 2: Slam Ball Burpees (10 reps)
• Meanwhile, other PAX rotated through:
o Dips
o WW3 Sit-ups
o New Exercise – Block Lifts
o Russian Twist w/ Block
o Lunges
Finished up with Count-A-Rama, Name-A-Rama, COT.
