YHC finally decided to attend RC, figured as Site Q, would be good to show face, properly.

Round 1 – Up ‘n Over, 1 set of HSKT Merkin (merkin, head tap, merkin, shoulder tap, merkin, knee tap, merkin, toe tap, merkin), back over the hill, 15 deadlifts, 15 rows, 15 high rows
Round 2 – Repeat with 10
Round 3 – repeat with 5.
R4/5/6 – Squats, lunges, calf raises

Mosey to shelter, PAX choice – a lot of….curls, rows, OHP, dips, tri-cep ext., bboys, chest press
