Disclaimer, warm-O-rama, mosey to bleachers.

25 Squats, bleacher run to Press Box, 25 Merkins, Finish the bleachers, 25 Big Boys, Return to start. Repeat the above, knocking off 5 rep with each.

Mosey to rocks. Pax choice of movements and reps, followed by 50 yd run with one round of HSKT Merkins. Repeat 3-4 times until time.

I had fun. We all had fun. It was fun.
