Humid at The A1C upper deck this morning with the temperature around 74 degrees.
Six pax total after Hogsbreath rolled in hot.
WARMUP:
All IC15x; grass grabbers,windmills,sshops,book covers,arm circles,butt kicks,
snap crackle pops,crossroads’soccer ankle rolls,hi knees,vertical penguins,smurf jacks,
scissors, monkey humpers, and on and on.
Thang 1:
Mosey to the ramp for;
Five reps of down and back up the ramp, with a run down and back peddle
or side shuffle or karaoke on the way back up. Excercises separating each run were;
five burpees at the top,and five horizontal Sister Mary Catherine’s at the bottom.
Thang 2:
Elevated Bear-crab Crab-crab lengthwise along the upper deck using the curbing
for elevation,
and the stripes were used for alternating between Bear (2 stripes) and Crab (1 stripe).
Thang 3:
Four corner core work included:flutter kicks, sit-ups, scorpion kicks, sissy squats
with star jacks and lunge/jump squats at the stripes moving from corner to corner.
A good time and a good sweat was had by all.
